Besides his role as Chief Executive Officer, Richard's passion is marketing and sales, and hence initiates most of the new projects the company embarks upon. With over 34 years experience in business, Richard has consulted to and addressed many boards and business groups including IBM and both State and Federal Australian Government bodies.

Richard has been the recipient of the Telstra WA Small Business Corporations Entrepreneur of the Year Award
John Dickenson
Operations Manger
John Dickenson joined Canon Foods in April 1985. His role, over the years, has alternated between production and sales management.
John has a unique understanding of all equipment and processes in the company and he excels in the product development area.
John's flair and passion in food manufacturing and quality management has been the driving force in Canon Foods products being positioned as the best available. He has been responsible for the development of all the products sold by Canon Foods.
